HINCKS, Chief Judge.

This is one of fifteen condemnation cases, brought originally to the Superior Gourt for Fairfield Comity whence they were removed to this court by the defendants. The cases are now before the court on plaintiff’s motion to remand.

The removals were made under 28 U.S. C.A. § 1441(a) and (b) which provides:

“(a) Except as otherwise expressly provided by Act of Congress, any civil action brought in a State court of which the district courts of the United States have original jurisdiction, may be removed by the defendant or the defendants, to the district court of the United…
