On October 19, 2009, the Board of Governors filed its findings of fact, conclusions of law, and disciplinary recommendation in the Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) case involving Rodney S. Justice, whose KBA member number is 37124 and whose bar roster address is 628 Amanda Furnace Drive, Ashland, Kentucky, 41101. In this recommendation, the Board ultimately determined that Justice was guilty of violating SCR 3.130-1.16(d).
