The state appeals the trial court’s dismissal of drugs charges against R.B., a child, after she successfully completed a drug treatment program. We affirm.

The state filed a petition for delinquency against appellee for possessing flunitrazep-am, a controlled substance, on January 31, 1996. The School Board of Broward County referred appellee to Spectrum for substance abuse treatment. She was admitted to Spectrum on February 28, 1996.
