This appeal has been prosecuted from a judgment entered on a verdict for appellee, defendant below, rendered by direction of the court at the close of plaintiff’s evidence.
The evidence discloses that Howard Bryant is an automobile mechanic, and, at the time of the accident complained of, was a resident of London, Kentucky, and an employee of the Clay Motor Company, a corporation, of Manchester, Kentucky.
