NIX, Presiding Judge.

William Joseph Conley, Jr., was charged with three separate crimes: two cases of Receiving Stolen Property and one case of Uttering a Forged Instrument in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. All three were combined for the purpose of this appeal.

Defendant entered a plea of guilty to all three charges. He was represented by a lawyer at the time the plea of not guilty was withdrawn and a plea of guilty substituted therefor. Defendant said his attorney advised him that he could dispose of all three cases by entering a plea of guilty and just serve two years on…
