Defendants appeal from a judgment against them in ,an-action begun Marcli .23, 1910, by tlie plaintiff, Agnew, *111assignee of the Psychic Science Company, a corporation that leased from the defendant, Wilson, a certain piece of real property in Denver, Colorado, for a period of ten years. The suit was brought by the assignee of the lease to recover the amount of a deposit of five thousand dollars and to cancel a bond for three thousand dollars made by the lessee to the lessor.
