MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This ease comes before the Court on a Motion by the Trustee to Impose Sanctions on Debtors’ Attorney, James Hitchcock, for Failure to Comply with Rules Providing for Discovery. The Court has reviewed the *685entire record of this matter. Based upon that review, and for the following reasons, Trustee’s Motion is Denied.
