The appellant, Jake Celli, was indicted in the Letcher circuit court for the offense defined and denounced by section 2557b, subsection 2, Kentucky Statutes, viz., having in his possession spirituous, vinous and malt liquors for the purpose of selling them in territory where local option was in force.
