I respectfully dissent because I find that the presiding judge of the Superior Court of Cobb County, the judicial officer who made the decision to grant the warrant, had a substantial basis for concluding that probable cause existed to issue the order allowing installation of a GPS device on Jalim Hamlett’s truck. The facts contained in the sworn affidavit submitted as a part of the application for the GPS *235device order were sufficient for the judge to conclude that there was a fair probability that contraband or evidence of a crime would be discovered as a result of monitoring the movements…
