In this certified appeal, the defendant, Richard Pouncey, asks us to invoke our inherent supervisory authority over the administration of justice to reverse his conviction of two counts of attempted assault in light of certain objectionable remarks made by the assistant state’s attorney during her closing argument to the jury.
