This is an action in equity instituted by Eber M. Steeves and Clinton D. Dickson against Stanley J. Nispel, Carl I. Hallquist and Josie M. Hallquist, his wife, and John Hallquist, et ah, defendants, to foreclose a certain real estate mortgage securing the repayment of $6,000 and interest, dated July 1, 1917, executed by Stanley J.
