*754BENTON, Circuit Judge.

Lisa Renee Callicott filed a Chapter 13 petition under the Bankruptcy Code. Nu-vell Credit Company, LLC, filed a proof of claim. Callicott objected, asserting Nuvell did not have a purchase-money security interest securing its entire claim. The bankruptcy court sustained the objection, which the district court affirmed. Nuvell appeals. Having jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 158(d)(1), this court reverses and remands.
