ORDER DENYING MOTION FOR SANCTIONS

THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon the debtor’s Motion for Sanctions filed on December 3, 1992. The Chapter 7 petition in bankruptcy was filed on September 2, 1992. The schedules were filed on September 17, 1992, in which the debtor claimed his marital residence as exempt under the homestead provisions of the Arkansas Constitution.
