In this juvenile delinquency case, youth appeals from a judgment finding him within the jurisdiction of the juvenile court for committing an act that, if committed by an adult, would constitute delivery of a Schedule I controlled substance. Former ORS 475.992 (2003), renumbered as ORS 475.840 (2005).
