The Western Union Telegraph Company appeals from three adverse judgments against it in favor of the appellee, L. N. Goodman.

Goodman sued for the recovery of three separate sums of money, in separate actions, alleged to have been deposited -with the agent of appellant at Starkville, Mississippi, to be transmitted by appellant by money order, transfers, or telegrams over its lines. These suits were consolidated by order of the court, and the evidence heard in one trial.
