The bill herein was filed to set aside a deed executed July 13, 1916, by Phebe M. Cheney, conveying certain property in the city of Detroit to defendants, on the grounds that the grantor was mentally incompetent to execute the deed and was induced to do so by undue influence exercised over her by defendants. Mrs. Cheney was plaintiffs’ aunt. At the time of the execution of the deed she was about 75 years of age.
