O P I N I O N

A jury convicted Appellant, Abraham Cavazos, of murder and assessed his sentence at twenty-eight years' imprisonment and a $5,000 fine. In two issues on appeal, Appellant complains of the trial court's failure to sustain his objection to the prosecutor's closing argument and to include his requested instruction for manslaughter in the jury charge. We affirm.
