On January 12, 2007, Restaurant Development Group, Inc. (“RDG” or “Debtor”) filed its voluntary petition for relief under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. David Welch and Jeffrey Dan of the law firm of Crane, Heyman, Simon, Welch & Ciar (collectively the “Crane Firm”) represented Debtor in the filing of that bankruptcy petition, and have not withdrawn from such representation.
