The appellant was received in prison on September 19, 1931, under a definite sentence of twenty years’ imprisonment, less ninety-three days’ jail time, after conviction by confession of the crime of attempted robbery in the third degree, armed, as a second offender. The crime was committed on June 17, 1931, and the sentence imposed on September 18, 1931. The appellant has remained confined in prison since September 19, 1931. He is being credited upon his twenty-year sentence with an allowance of ten days for each month of his term, less the aforesaid ninety-three days’ jail time allowance,…
