The defendant was found guilty of murder, aggravated robbery and conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery. We affirm.

TESTIMONY PRESENTED BY THE PEOPLE

Some of the testimony presented by the People was to the following effect: About a week prior to November 20, 1969, the defendant Jones, Mike Goggin, Ronald Stichter and Teresa Gale formulated a plan to rob one or more homosexuals at Cheesman Park in Denver.
