Respondent was admitted to the practice of law by this Court on January 15, 1987. On February 23, 2011, he was convicted after a jury trial in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York (District Court) of 26 counts of mail fraud in violation of 18 USC § 1341, a federal felony. Respondent was also convicted of one count of felony conspiracy to commit mail fraud in violation of 18 USC § 1349.
