STREETMAN, Associate Justice.
Appellees brought this suit to recover on a policy of insurance issued by appellant on a gin house and machinery. The trial was before the district judge without a jury, and upon appellant’s request he filed the following findings of fact, which We adopt, to wit:
“1. I find that on the 5th day of September, 1900, the said fire association by S. Hundley, its duly authorized agent, issued its policy of insurance of that date, wherein and whereby it insured Norris & Hines against all direct loss or damage by fire, as follows: On steam "power, two-story gin house,…
