MEMORANDUM OF DECISION GRANTING MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM AUTOMATIC STAY FILED BY VOLVO CAR FINANCE, INC.

This matter is before the Court upon the Motion for Relief from Automatic Stay (the “Motion”) filed by Volvo Car Finance, Inc. (‘Volvo”) which seeks stay relief in order to proceed to foreclose its security interest in a 1994 Chevrolet Corvette automobile owned by the Debtor, Robert Lee Burrell.
