Congressional Hotel Corporation (“CHC”) appeals from an order of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, awarding attorneys’ fees and costs to Mervis Diamond Corporation (“Mervis”), pursuant to a provision of the parties’ lease agreement (the “Lease”), for two bench trials and the first of two previous appeals, 1 resulting from CHC’s breach of the parties’ lease.
