State ex rel. Goodwin v. District Court

This is an original proceeding. Eelator Forrest Goodwin petitions for a writ of supervisory control directed to the district conrt of the tenth judicial district, county of Fergus, and the Hon. LeEoy L. McKinnon, presiding judge. Eelator asks this Court to quash an order of the district court that reversed the justice of the peace court and set a matter concerning violation of an ordinance of the town of Denton, Fergus County, Montana, for trial in the justice court of Lewistown township.
