This is an action by City Bank Farmers Trust Company for the judicial settlement of its account as trustee of an inter vivos trust and for a construction of the trust instrument.
The trust was created in 1921 as part of a separation agreement between the late John R. Green and his first wife, the defendant Dorothy Green. In and by the agreement (Plaintiff’s Exhibit 1), a copy of which is annexed to the complaint, John R.
