Following a jury trial and the denial of his motion for new trial, Marco Bravo appeals his convictions for rape, 1 false imprisonment, 2 and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. 3 He enumerates three errors: (a) the trial court erroneously found he received effective assistance of counsel; (b) the State failed to prove venue; and (c) the trial court failed to respond adequately to a jury question.
