*345Appellants, defendants below, Geico Indemnity Company and Geico General Insurance Company (collectively, "GEICO") appeal four final judgments1 entered against GEICO after a jury determined that GEICO's insured, appellee and plaintiff below, Ricardo Perez, had been severely injured due to the negligence of an underinsured motorist.
