Appellant Lois H. Vaught appeals from an order of the Pulaski County Probate Court. The order provided that Mrs. Vaught is to receive $72,423.21 as her dower interest in her deceased husband’s estate. Mrs. Vaught argues on appeal that the probate court clearly erred when (1) it failed to include in the estate amounts designated as mutual funds, and (2) it did not order a sale of the marital home but calculated a commuted value of her interest on the basis of an appraisal. We reverse and remand.
