GREENE, Judge.

William Brown (Defendant) appeals an order granting summary judgment in favor of Allen R. Tew, RA. (Plaintiff).

Plaintiff, a law firm, represented Defendant in an incompetency and guardianship action involving Virginia O. Brown (Brown), Defendant’s mother. Other relatives of Defendant contested the action. Plaintiffs verified pleadings allege Defendant and Plaintiff entered into a fee contract whereby Defendant would pay Plaintiff $150.00 per hour for attorney time and $75.00 an hour for staff time, plus costs, for representation in the competency and guardianship action.…
