This is in response to your request for an opinion on the following question:

ARE THE REQUIREMENTS OF s 112.19(2)(a), F.S., SATISFIED BY A GROUP INSURANCE PLAN WHICH WILL PROVIDE $20,000 TO THE BENEFICIARIES OF A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER KILLED IN THE PERFORMANCE OF HIS DUTIES?
