In this personal injury action arising from a motor vehicle accident, Amanda Newton appeals from the trial court’s order denying her motion to enforce a settlement agreement with the plaintiff, Steve Ragland, and from the judgment and award of attorney fees entered against her after a jury trial. For the reasons explained below, we reverse the trial court’s orders.
