Affirming.

Appellants, tbe Lancaster Hotel Company, and George D. Lancaster, were indicted by tbe grand jury of Scott County for tbe offense of suffering and permitting on premises in tbeir occupation and under tbeir control, games of craps, at wbicb money or property was won or lost. Tbe jury found appellants guilty and imposed upon tbe Hotel Company a fine of $500, and upon George D. Lancaster a fine of $200. From tbe judgment predicated on tbe verdict, they appeal.
