The plaintiffs, Carlos and Miriam De Oliveira, appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court entered in favor of the defendant, FNBN1, LLC, upon the parties' cross motions for summary judgment. On appeal, the De Oliveiras contend that they are entitled to retroactive application of Pinti v. Emigrant Mort.
