This cause came before the Court for trial on May 8, 1995, upon the objections to exemptions and the amended complaint of the Chapter 7 Trustee, Soneet R. Kapila, In his amended complaint, the Trustee seeks to avoid and recover fraudulent conveyances pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 544, 548 and Florida Statute § 726.
