OPINION

KIRSCH, Judge.

Darrel M. Maymon appeals the denial of his petition for post-conviction relief from his convictions on two counts of burglary 1 as Class B felonies and two counts of burglary 2 as Class A felonies. He raises the following restated issue: whether he received effective assistance of trial coun sel when his attorney failed to move to sever the four charges.

We reverse.
