Reversing.

Plaintiff, Will Sisson, brought tliis action against tbe defendant, Western Union Telegraph Company, to recover damages for its failure to transmit to bim at Davenport, North Dakota, the sum of $20, which was sent to him for the purpose of enabling him to return to his home in Kentucky in order to be with his father before his death, and to attend the burial of his father. The jury found for plaintiff and fixed his damages at $500. The defendant appeals.
