{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Charles A. Kaim appeals from common pleas court judgments finding him liable to plaintiffs-appellees for compensatory damages in the amount of $350,000, as well as $73,039.33 in prejudgment interest, $60,000 in punitive damages, and $161,013.11 in attorney fees.
