Dear Representative Landrieu:
You have submitted an opinion request asking this office to address a number of issues regarding the Orleans Levee District (OLD), The FloodComm Corporation and the lease entered into by FloodComm Corporation with LeveeComm of Louisiana, L.L.C. (LeeveeComm), a for-profit limited liability company, for the stated purpose of installing a fiber optic network in the levee system, operated by OLD, as a means of flood control.
