OPINION

BREWSTER, Justice.

The trial court rendered judgment for the defendants, Johnson-Campbell Lumber Company, a partnership, and Ralph G. Campbell, to the effect that plaintiffs take nothing by their suit and the plaintiffs, United Coin Meter Company, Inc., and United Coin Meter Company have brought this appeal.

The plaintiffs sued for specific performance by the defendants of two separate and distinct written contracts relating to the right of plaintiffs to put and keep coin-operated laundry equipment in two different apartment complexes that are presently owned by the defendants.…
