—Order, Supreme Court, Bronx *308County (Kenneth Thompson, J.), entered on or about October 17, 2001, which directed a new trial on damages unless plaintiff stipulated to reduce the jury’s awards for past pain and suffering from $450,000 to $150,000, future pain and suffering from $450,000 to $175,000, past medical expenses from $50,000 to $28,000, and future medical expenses from $60,000 to $44,000, unanimously reversed, on the facts, without costs, to reinstate the jury awards, except that for future medical expenses, which plaintiff has agreed to reduce to $50,000.
