Alcom Electronic Exchange, Inc. (“Al-com”) appeals from the district court’s order dismissing its complaint. We affirm.

Alcom, a Mississippi Corporation, sued John Burgess, a citizen of Mississippi, Bell-south Advertising and Publishing Corporation (“BellSouth”), a Georgia corporation, and South Central Bell Telephone Company (“South Central Bell”), a Georgia corporation (collectively the “defendants”), for the defendants’ failure to place an Alcom advertisement in the Yellow Pages of South Central Bell’s 1986 Gulf Coast Directory pursuant to a written contract between…
