Appeal from Webster District Court. The defendants were indicted, tried and convicted for the larceny of a bull, the property of one John Kohl. They appeal to this court for a reversal of the judgment against them.

Rothrock, Ch. J.

I. It is first urged that a new trial should have been granted because the verdict was not supported by the evidence. We have presented to us in print what is claimed to be the substance of the evidence only. Conceding this to be a full and accurate abstract, we cannot reverse upon this ground. There is positive evidence that the animal found in the defendants’ possession was the property of John Kohl.
