This case is before the Court upon petition of the employer to review and set aside an order of the National Labor Relations Board against it which was issued pursuant to Section 10(c) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended. 29 U.S.C.A. § 151 et seq. In its answer to the petition, the Board requested enforcement of its order.
