This case is before the Court on the motion of Ford Motor Credit Company (FMCC) to reconsider and set aside the Court’s January 10, 2002 order reducing and allowing FMCC’s Claim No. 10 to $12,968.20 and ordering a $2,337.27 refund to the chapter 13 trustee. This Court has jurisdiction to hear this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 157 and 1334 and the Order of Reference of the District Court. This is a core proceeding pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b) and this Court has the authority to enter a final order. For the reasons indicated below, the Court is denying…
