BRITT, District Judge.

Petitioner, Celeste Broughton, was convicted of contempt of court in the Superior Court for Wake County on 14 August 1981. See N.C.Gen.Stat. § 5A-ll(a)(l)-(3) (1981). She is currently serving a thirty-day sentence 1 and brings this petition for a writ of habeas corpus. See 28 U.S.C. § 2254 (1976). 2 Eleven claims for relief are presented.
