In the exercise of our supervisory jurisdiction (Art. VII, Sec. 11, La.Const. of 1921, LSA) we directed Certiorari to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, in order that we might review its judgment which reversed, annulled, and set aside a judgment of the trial court and ordered the defendants, the Louisiana Real Estate Board, through Robert A.
