This suit was instituted by the defendants in- error, who are husband and wife, for damages alleged to have been occasioned by the negligent act of the IT year old son of the plaintiff in error, in driving a Ford automobile, belonging to the employers of the father of the son, on a public street of the city of Wichita Falls, rapidly and recklessly, and in striking the car of the défendants in error, wrecking it, and throwing the wife to the pavement, seriously injuring her.
