In this proceeding brought pursuant to General City Law § 20 (2), the City of New York (City) seeks an order providing that the compensation to be made to the "condemnee”, Jamaica Water Supply Company (Jamaica Water), be ascertained and determined by this court solely by the income capitalization method of valuation based on the actual net income as allowed by the Public Service Commission.
