Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Orenstein, J.), rendered January 27, 1993, convicting *668him of murder in the second degree (two counts), manslaughter in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and attempted robbery in the first degree (six counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
